By accessing or purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your access to and use of this site. These Terms apply to all site visitors and customers.

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair any function of the site; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or use data mining, robots, spiders, scraping, or other automated or manual methods to copy or modify any part of the site.

IN-STORE PURCHASE POLICY

You may only purchase one style per product per person. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase for any reason without explanation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are final once placed. We do not allow cancellations after submission. Orders typically ship within 14 days. If your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may contact us at support@b221.com for assistance.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. To initiate a return, email support@b221.com within two days of receiving your shipment. Returned items must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive your return within seven days of return authorization. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery cannot be refunded.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, is the property of B221 Studio and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. You may copy or print pages from this website solely for personal, non-commercial use. SHIPPING

We currently ship orders to the U.S., Canada, and select international regions. Orders are shipped using carriers selected by B221. Shipping times vary, but please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and verification, and 7–10 additional business days for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once in the carrier’s possession. All shipments are insured, and buyers assume full responsibility for claims with the carrier.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged on all online orders shipped within the United States where required by law. The exact rate for your order will be calculated according to local jurisdiction and displayed at checkout.

REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify the B221 copyright agent at legal@b221.com. Include the following in your notice:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, and enough information for us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.
