How much does shipping cost?

All U.S. orders ship free via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority. International orders are calculated in real time at checkout using live FedEx rates. No hidden markups — you pay what FedEx charges. Taxes, duties, and import fees are displayed before checkout whenever available.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. B221 ships worldwide through FedEx International Economy and Priority services. Delivery times vary by region, but most international shipments arrive within 5–10 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for every order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and verification. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. International delivery depends on customs clearance in your country but generally arrives within 5–10 business days.

Can I return or exchange an item?

B221 accepts returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging intact. To begin a return, please email support@b221.com before shipping your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

What items are non-returnable?

Due to their nature, limited edition items, zines, tapes, one-of-one pieces, or any item marked “archived” or “final” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. In those cases, B221 will cover the return label and shipping.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. If you need to change your address or cancel, contact support@b221.com as soon as possible. Once an item ships, we can no longer modify or cancel the order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied automatically to orders shipped within the U.S., based on your state and local tax rates. International customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT applied by their country.

Where is B221 based?

B221 operates from Los Angeles, California. All garments are printed, finished, and archived in the U.S.A.

Do you restock items?

All B221 drops are produced in limited quantities and rarely restocked. Once an item is archived, it will not return in the same form. Future variations may appear in subsequent volumes or installations.

Can I buy items not listed in the store?

Everything available for purchase is shown online. Private archive pieces, prototypes, and early artist proofs are not available to the public unless announced as part of a drop or exhibition.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, B221 does not offer gift cards. Each piece is numbered and archived individually to preserve authenticity.
